MARCH 29, 2026 | PRE-EVENT EXECUTIVE ROUNDTABLES + WELCOME RECEPTION
Tips + Tricks to Maximize your Experience
Which Sessions Require Pre-Registration?
Sessions that require advance registration are clearly marked “Pre-Registration Required” in the agenda and on the breakout session pre-registration cheat sheet.
In-Person Attendees, visit this page to start planning your schedule today: https://events.ethisphere.com/e/global-ethics-summit-2026/page/pre-register
Understanding the Buttons on the Agenda
Reserve My Seat
Reserving a Seat means you’re officially reserving your spot in that session by registering for it. When you select Reserve My Seat, you are taking one of the limited spots in that room.
Check the breakout session preregistration cheat sheet or the agenda to see if a session requires pre-registration.
Seat Reserved: This means you are officially registering for that session.
Tip: Only select Reserve My Seat if you fully plan to attend. Many workshops and peer conversations are capped at 25–50 participants. Reserving a spot and not showing prevents another leader from joining that discussion.
Join the Waitlist
If the room capacity is reached, the Reserve My Seat button will be replaced with a "Join Waitlist" button. When you click the button to join the waitlist, the button label will change to "On Waitlist." You can click the button again to remove yourself from the waitlist.
Tip: If you have already registered for a concurrent session (another session happening at the same time) you will not be able to join the waitlist.
If you are on a waitlist and a seat opens up, it goes to the first person on the waitlist. You will be notified if you are moved from the waitlist to a reserved seat. During the live event, you can also wait outside the door if a space opens up, you will be allowed in.
Add to My Schedule
Add to my schedule is an optional function, similar to bookmarking. It is a great tool to plan out your program experience and highlight sessions you do not want to miss!
Bookmark - the Flag Icon
Bookmarking means you're marking the session as one you're interested in or want to remember to check out later. Think of it like adding something to a "favorites" list.
Calendar Icon
Add your favorite sessions to our work calendar to get reminders so you do not miss the live conversations!
Based on the 2026 Agenda, the following session types require you to Reserve My Seat in advance:
Industry & Topic Roundtables (Sunday, March 29)
These roundtables require pre-registration and are capped to preserve candid, industry-specific dialogue.
These sessions run concurrently, so you’ll need to choose your focus.
Peer-to-Peer Conversations
Peer-to-peer sessions are limited to 25 participants per session. Examples include:
These are closed-door discussions. The smaller size is intentional — and part of the value.
Workshops
Workshops are capped at 50 participants per session. Examples include:
If you prefer hands-on, tactical learning, these are the sessions to prioritize — and reserve early.
Programs in Action
Programs in Action sessions are limited to 25 participants per session. Examples include:
If you like to hear from direct from your peers on how they achieve success in their programs, these sessions are for you!
Get Your Data feature in the Ethisphere Intelligence Lab
Limited to 10 participants per session, receive one-to-one support from Ethisphere experts on completing sections of the Ethics Quotient questionnaire or exploring how to maximize your data in the Sphere.
What Does Not Require Pre-Registration?
You do not need to Reserve My Seat for:
These are open to all attendees, though standard room capacity still applies.
A Final Recommendation
Breakout blocks run concurrently across 90-minute windows. Planning ahead matters and we encourage you to explore the different sessions we have available.
Review the sessions early. Decide where you want depth versus breadth. Save seats thoughtfully. And if a session is full, don’t assume you’re out — waitlists move!
The Global Ethics Summit is strongest in its smaller rooms. The leaders sitting around those tables are the reason the Summit has the reputation it does.
Plan intentionally. Register responsibly. And secure your place in the conversations that matter most.
Networking Events You Should Plan For
When most people think about the Global Ethics Summit, they think about the agenda: plenary panels, breakout blocks, workshops, peer-to-peer conversations.
That’s the visible structure.
But seasoned attendees will tell you something different: the real differentiator is what happens around the formal sessions. The Global Ethics Summit is intentionally designed with additional experiences that create space for deeper dialogue, shared purpose, and meaningful connection. If you’re mapping your schedule, these are the events that often shape the most lasting value.
Industry Roundtables (Pre-Summit) | In-Person Attendees
When: Sunday, March 29
Format: Facilitated, industry-specific discussions
Pre-registration required
The Summit begins with concurrent industry roundtables . These sessions bring together leaders from sectors including:
Unlike broad panels, roundtables are focused and candid. They allow you to:
Many returning attendees treat these as the strategic “warm-up.” By the time formal programming begins Monday morning, you’ve already built context and connection.
Welcome Reception | In-Person Attendees
When: Sunday, March 29th from 5:00-6:00pm
Format: Informal networking reception
The Welcome Reception is the official kickoff. It’s intentionally low-pressure. No slides. No stage. Just conversation! This is often where:
If you’re traveling in Sunday, make this part of your plan. It sets the tone for the days ahead.
Networking Breaks + Meals (Built into the Agenda) | In-Person Attendees
When: Throughout March 30–31
Format: Structured breakfasts and lunches
The agenda includes dedicated networking meals rather than treating them as afterthoughts.
For CECOs especially, these conversations often turn into working sessions — the kind that shape reporting strategies, board conversations, and next-quarter priorities.
BELA Awards, Dinner & Hands On Atlanta Community Service Activity | In-Person Attendees
When: Monday, March 30 at 5:00 pm
Formats: Recognition, networking and dinner, and hands-on service
Monday night is one of the most distinctive elements of the Global Ethics Summit. Following the Annual BELA Awards, attendees gather for a shared dinner and participate in a community service activity in partnership with Hands On Atlanta. Help assemble bags containing interactive STEAM lesson plans and supplies for students in Metro Atlanta. You’ll also write notes of encouragement to inspire both students and teachers. Your involvement will help foster creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking in the community.
This evening combines:
It reflects something core to the Summit’s DNA: ethics and compliance is not theoretical. It’s operational. It’s cultural. And it’s community-driven. Serving alongside peers creates a different kind of connection. It shifts the energy from discussion to action. For many attendees, this evening is where professional relationships deepen into long-term trust.

Pro tip: The easiest way to build connections is to engage early—participate in session chats, message people whose comments resonate, and continue the conversation after the event.
Ready to Plan Your Summit Week?
Beyond the Agenda: Exclusive Dinners & Evening Experiences at the Global Ethics Summit
The Global Ethics Summit is known for sharp dialogue, senior-level perspective, and practical insight you can take back to your boardroom. But the conversations don’t end when the ballroom lights dim.
Each year, some of the most candid exchanges happen after hours — over dinner tables, in small groups, and in settings designed for real discussion rather than formal presentation. This year, several Summit sponsors are hosting private dinners throughout the week, creating additional opportunities to connect with peers in a more focused, conversational environment. These dinners are intentionally limited in size. They offer space to go deeper on emerging risks, technology shifts, regulatory pressure, culture challenges, and the realities of leading ethics and compliance programs at scale.
If you’re planning your Summit experience, review the options below and consider where you want to invest your evening time. Reservations required!

Attendee Guide to the Event Hub + Attendee App
How to log in, build your agenda, and make the most of your Summit experience
The Global Ethics Summit is built around one thing: the people in the room. Senior ethics and compliance leaders don’t attend to passively watch slides. They come to exchange perspective, pressure-test ideas, and build relationships that last long after the final session. The tools supporting this year’s Summit — the Accelevents Attendee App for in-person participants and the Global Ethics Summit Event Hub for hybrid attendees— are designed to make those connections easier, faster, and more intentional.
Below is a clear, step-by-step guide to help you log in confidently and use each platform to its full capacity.

Make the Most of the Experience

Download early. Log in before the event begins. Build your agenda in advance. And most importantly, use the networking tools intentionally.
The more fully you engage with the tools, the more powerful your Summit experience will be.
