Join your peers for an insightful conversation and hear how leading organizations are implementing specific components of their ethics and compliance program, while taking actionable steps to better assess the company’s culture of integrity.

This roundtable discussion will cover 2-3 hand selected topics ranging from ethical culture to third party risk to predictive data, this intimate forum connects diverse organizations and offers an environment for trusted conversations on best practices.

Engage and hear presentations by members of the Business Ethics Leadership Alliance (BELA) sharing the strategy, tactics, results and lessons learned from the rollout of a recent program initiative.

Discussion Topics Include:

Octavio Alvidrez, CEO of Fresnillo plc, will open the roundtable discussion with comments on the importance of operating with the highest standards of responsibility, transparency and commitment.  He will also speak to the organizational focus on the common values of Confidence, Responsibility, Integrity and Loyalty and how the ethics and compliance functions support those values.

Exequiel Rolon, Head of Sustainability at Fresnillo plc and Erika Cabriada, Risk Assessment Manager, will present on their culture transformation project.  This includes the methodology to first assess ethical culture across the organization and then the overall strategy and in-the-field tactics to raise the understanding, the expectations and the practices that contribute to a strong ethical and compliant culture.

Ignacio Stepancic, Chief Compliance Officer at Grupo Bimbo, will share their strategy and process for conducting an ethics and compliance risk assessment.  This will include how they coordinate with departmental stakeholders (Audit, Legal, Finance) and how they engage with leadership across multiple divisions and geographies.

Reyna Torrecillas, Chief Compliance Officer at GE, will lead a conversation on driving innovation through compliance.  Participants will share how they use data analytics, transaction monitoring, apps and KPIs to enable compliance and monitor for compliance trends.
