Dmitry Chausovsky, Director, Compliance Risk Management at The Boeing Company will present on the processes and tools they have developed to identify emerging regulatory changes that could have a material and cross-functional implication across the enterprise.
Topic 2: Stakeholder Management & Communication During and After an Announcement of Investigation
Rob Lindquist, Chief Compliance Officer at Panasonic Avionics will discuss managing both internal and external constituencies in situations in which a company discloses simply that it is under a compliance investigation but discloses nothing further.
Topic 3: The DOJ Guidance Document — Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs
Steve Donovan, former Chief Compliance Officer at International Paper, will lead a conversation on the recently released DOJ guidance document with a particular focus on the sections pertaining to root cause analysis, reporting and communications.
