Similar to roundtables Ethisphere has hosted across the U.S., Latin America, Asia and Europe, this Hong Kong Ethics and Compliance Roundtable is a complimentary but invite-only event for participants to share with one another ideas, experiences and lessons learned around developing best in class ethics, compliance and integrity programs.

Featured topical highlights include:

  • Measuring culture: The how and what of defining and measuring KPIs around building an effective culture of ethics and compliance. The discussion will include the kinds of leading/lagging indicators companies should look out for, how companies can use technology, and key data will be shared from Ethisphere’s/BELA’s Ethical Culture Perceptions Assessment research.

  • Investigations and reporting: The group will share insights and experiences around how to properly communicate status updates and outcomes to reporters; encourage the use of reporting channels; training managers and other influencers within an organization in proper response to in person reports, etc.

  • Anti-Corruption and Third Party Trends: What are some of the trends participants need to be aware of around global anti-corruption regulations and enforcement; and managing risks across key third parties.

  • RISK ASSESSMENT EXERCISE: Craig Moss, Executive Vice President, Ethisphere, will be lead an Interactive Risk Assessment Session. Small groups will discuss and identify the most challenging or damaging compliance risk they face. The Groups will then prioritize the actions they would take and the controls they would implement to prevent the BIG negative event from occurring.
