In addition, we’ll discuss some of the more complex challenges to mitigating risk, including situations where mitigation activities may conflict with your mission.

Elements of Ethical Culture, Observing and Reporting Misconduct, and Perceptions of Senior Leaders | Randy Klatt, Vice President, Strategic Accounts, Ethisphere

Randy will lead a conversation and read out of Ethisphere’s Insights from our Culture Quotient Data Set focusing on a few key trends around reporting: why employees speak up (or don’t), whom they make their report to, and how they feel about the reporting process.
