As part of this discussion, Shawn will share an overview of GM’s customized, risk-based training program, looking out over multiple years, including examples of the methods they use and how they measure effectiveness.
Jeff Peterson, Global Compliance Counsel at Aptiv, will present on and lead a discussion around “doing more with less.” Jeff will discuss how Aptiv leverages resources from a wide range of functions and business units around the world to create a robust and effective compliance program, and how doing so can actually help drive ownership of ethics and compliance throughout the business.
