This roundtable discussion will cover 2-3 hand selected topics ranging from ethical culture to third party risk to predictive data, this intimate forum connects diverse organizations and offers an environment for trusted conversations on best practices.

Adapting to the Compliance Function in a New Industry, a discussion led by Ling Ling Nie, General Counsel & VP for Ethics & Compliance at Georgia Institute of Tech.  With the development of new markets and technology, compliance in every industry is constantly evolving. This discussion will explore adapting to changes and apply guiding principles that are proven effective in one industry to another completely different industry

Incorporating the New DOJ Guidelines, a discussion led by Maurie Lawrence, Senior Counsel, Ethics and Compliance Manager at Milliken & Company. Maurie will discussing the recent guidance issued by the DOJ relating to the evaluation of corporate compliance program.
