 Join your peers for an insightful conversation and hear how leading organizations are implementing specific components of their ethics and compliance program, while taking actionable steps to better assess the company’s culture of integrity.

This roundtable discussion will cover 2-3 hand selected topics ranging from ethical culture to third party risk to predictive data, this intimate forum connects diverse organizations and offers an environment for trusted conversations on best practices.

Engage and hear presentations by members of the Business Ethics Leadership Alliance (BELA) sharing the strategy, tactics, results and lessons learned from the rollout of a recent program initiative.

Discussion Topics Include:

Compliance Program Development- The Never Ending Story, a discussion led by Tiana Ayotte, Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Tracy Strong, International Compliance Officer at LabCorp. They will lead a conversation based on their experience with their own program and its genesis and subsequent expansion including changing risk profiles, resource allocation, and more.

Targeted Trainings and Communications: Getting the Right Message to the Right People, a discussion led by Samantha Kelen, Lead Ethics Analyst at Duke Energy. Samantha will share two initiatives undertaken at Duke to tailor their training to individual employee risk profiles and increase conversations around ethical risk using case studies in the media.

Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Program, a discussion led by Nathan Prater, VP Global Compliance & Ethics at Ahold Delhaize. Nathan will explore and focus on how Ahold Delhaize will approach the recent guidelines issued by the DOJ.
