 Join your peers for an insightful conversation and hear how leading organizations are implementing specific components of their ethics and compliance program, while taking actionable steps to better assess the company’s culture of integrity.

This roundtable discussion will cover 2-3 hand selected topics ranging from ethical culture to third party risk to predictive data, this intimate forum connects diverse organizations and offers an environment for trusted conversations on best practices.

Engage and hear presentations by members of the Business Ethics Leadership Alliance (BELA) sharing the strategy, tactics, results and lessons learned from the rollout of a recent program initiative.

A light breakfast will be provided.

Discussion Topics Include:

  • Members of the MasterCard team will lead a discussion around various new training initiatives, and will share examples of their anti-corruption training, code of conduct training, and gamified training.

  •  Investigations Best Practices, a discussion led by Widge Devaney.  Widge is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s Dispute Resolution practice group in New York and the co-chair of the firm’s Global Compliance & Investigation team. Widge’s practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense in federal and state proceedings.
