NextEra has recently brought all training development in-house by utilizing various, low cost, training tools, tailored training to employee-specific roles and included test-out optionality. This new training format has been extremely well received by NextEra employees and Jessica plans to share examples of the training courses and communications used to raise awareness and promote required training courses.
