On Friday, February 16th, Ethisphere, together with Bayer, will host an executive roundtable, exclusive to the South Asia Business Ethics Leadership Alliance (SA BELA) members. This closed-door, interactive roundtable is designed for thoughtful and robust discussion encompassing matters that continue to challenge and inspire senior leadership in India and South Asia. The discussion will focus on exchanging ideas and best practices with one another, network and continue to lead compliance and ethics across Asia.

Discussion Lead By: Ms. Ritu Jain, Chief Operating Officer, GE + OTHERS

Points of discussion will include: integration experience from GE’s acquisition of Alstom (including lessons learned), working under the regulatory microscope of a publicly-listed company acquisition, the mindset of the acquired vs acquiring employee, and tactical exercises to drive employee engagement. An over-arching theme of applying a Western compliance program to the South Asia culture will also be addressed.
