Bettye Hill, Vice President, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at Oshkosh Corporation will lead a discussion on: Branding Your Ethics and Compliance Program. A branded ethics and compliance program aims to establish a differentiated presence in the vast amount of communication employees receive daily. It helps employees know what group in the company is sending them information. It can increases communication visibility and help keep the program top of mind by having a recognizable brand. Every time an employee sees the ethics and compliance branded image they are reminded of the company’s commitment to “doing the right thing”.
Deborah Spanic, Director – Global Compliance at Johnson Controls will lead a discussion on Rolling out a New Code of Conduct. Deborah will share JCI’s experience with rolling out an Integrated Code of Conduct.
Richard Buchband, Senior VP, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer at ManpowerGroup, along with Shannon Kobylarczyk, Associate General Counsel and Global Compliance Officer, and David Irish, Global Ethics and Compliance Specialist at ManpowerGroup will share insights and lead a discussion on the topic of effectively Managing and Communicating a Global Compliance Hotline.
