Integrated Investigation Process and Analysis:Steve Cochran, VP & Chief Compliance Officer at T-Mobile, will present on their ongoing project to organize and operationalize their end-to-end reporting and investigation process. The project includes understanding and capturing all reporting avenues, creating common methodology for investigations and a common taxonomy for root cause analysis as well as enabling trend analysis for investigations.
