Discussion Topics Include:

Measuring Program Effectiveness: Melissa Nandi, Chief Compliance Officer, VP, Law at Rockwell Automation will lead a discussion around measuring the effectiveness of your program through employee surveys. Building effective programs. Measuring progress in a way that is persuasive to the clients of the business.

Effective Board Reporting : Don Sinko, Chief Integrity Officer, The Cleveland Clinic will lead a discussion around effective board reporting, metrics and use of dashboards.

Risk Assessments: Brian Beeghly, founder of Informed360, former VP Compliance at Johnson Controls, Compliance Week Top Minds 2017 will lead a discussion on risk assessments and best practices for conducting, top-down vs. bottom up, scoping, risk specific, geo specific or business unit specific assessments while integrating into the enterprise risk assessment process.
