Helpline Trends and Actions During COVID: Charlene Giacin, Global Ombuds Leader at General Electric, will lead a discussion and informal benchmark on internal reporting trends and what companies are doing to encourage the Speak-up Culture.
Advancing Organizational Culture. Emmely Kik, Deputy Ethics & Compliance Officer at Holland America Group will share their 12-step plan to strengthen culture. She will also explain how their actions to foster diversity, equity and inclusion play an important role. Group discussion and collaborative sharing of resources will follow.
